I will answer all your requests in a very timely fashion as I know sometimes you want that tan yesterday. 

Please be sure to include your name, number you can be reached at, address, and the appointment time you are interested in. Please include a couple of possible times just in case your first request is not possible. I must have your address also so that I can figure in travel time for your appointment.
